Email Strategy & Deliverables
Kickoff & Strategy: We jump right into strategy as soon as the project kicks off. Whether it’s your first email retainer or a follow-up project, we aim to have your email flows live within 30 days.
Email Frequency: On average, you can expect two emails going out per week, keeping your audience engaged without overwhelming them.
Feedback Process: While we don’t offer revisions before emails are scheduled, we always gather your feedback after each send and implement any changes for future emails, ensuring continuous improvement.
Packaging Design
Revision Process: All packaging design revisions are done in real time during a collaborative video call, so you’re fully involved in the process and can make decisions on the spot.
Final Proof: After the live revisions, we’ll send over a final proof for you to review and approve before we send the final files.
Final Delivery: Once approved, all packaging design files (print-ready in .AI, .EPS, .PDF formats) will be delivered within 30 days or sooner, depending on the project scope.
SCHEDULE, COST & FEES
Designer/Agency shall deliver Services for time specified in contact. Client must respond to any Designer communication within 5 business days. If Client fails to respond to Designer within 5 business days for feedback or any other Designer request(s), it is within the Designer’s discretion to delay Client’s Services by at least 1 month for the unreasonable delay.
ASSETS AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
Client must provide the requested assets and account access to client's accounts within 10 - 14 days of onboarding in order to perform retainer service. If Client fails to provide requested assets and account access, it is within the Designer’s discretion to delay Client’s Services by at least 1 month.
FEES
All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. The rescheduled retainer rate or service may or may not be higher than the original retainer rate.
CLIENT DESIRES TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE SERVICE
If Client desires to cancel Services of Designer for any reason at any time, then Client shall provide at least 15 days Notice to Designer in order to cancel this contract. Client may reschedule Services with at least 7 days Notice. Upon cancellation, all outstanding fees are immediately due and payable to Designer. Providing Notice will not relieve Client of any currently outstanding payment obligations. Designer will not be obligated to refund any portion of monies Client has previously paid to Designer.
It is within Designer’s discretion to issue a partial or full refund.
DESIGNER/AGENCY DESIRES TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
In the event Designer/Agency cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:
• Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement; and
• Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered or find a reasonable replacement; or
• Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.
